The new facebook application Blog it, developed by Typepad´s SixApart, allows you to post short blog blurbs to various blogs - and also to twitter - directly from facebook and announce that post in your facebook mini-feed.
It seems HTML is allowed, but no editor is available.
Makes you never leave facebook again. Maybe.
